According to historical facts some van Romondts of the West Indian Branch sailed to Australia. BINALDO ROMOND BORN IN 1840 ARRIVED IN AUSTRALIA, SIDNEY NEW SOUTH WALES ON 27 SEPTEMBER 1864 AT THE AGE OF 24. HELLMUT VAN ROMONDT ALSO ARRIVED IN AUSTRALIA.
