Alice van Romondt is a very active descendant living on the beautiful island of Aruba. She is a local author and also president of Charuba and the Gobik Foundation and has written many books. Alice a native Aruban is also the former director of the National Library of Aruba

In the Hague – At the Aruba house department in The Hague Alice presented the books "Gedenkboek 50 jaar Statuut – een koninkrijksbundel” and “Liber Amicorum on mr. Olindo Koolman” to the Minister Plenipotenciary of Aruba mr. Frido Croes and Minister Plenipotenciary Suplente of the Antilles mrs. Mavis Brooks-Salmon by the president of Charuba and the Gobik Foundation mrs. Alice van Romondt.
